A fundraising or nonprofit gathering needs room for both the purpose of the event and the people attending it. Entertainment can give supporters a shared experience while leaving time for your organization’s welcome, message, recognition, and other planned activities.
The Main Event Company provides casino tables, dealers, hosted games, music, and event design options. We can discuss entertainment for supporter appreciation, fundraising galas, community gatherings, and nonprofit celebrations. Your organization remains responsible for its fundraising program; our role is the agreed entertainment and event support.

Guests can circulate between tables and receive guidance from professional dealers. Compare packages against both the guest list and the room layout.
Hosted game shows
A host-led activity can create a shared moment in the program. Consider where it fits around the organization’s presentation or recognition.
Music and atmosphere
DJ services, sound, lighting, and design elements can help connect arrivals, dinner, entertainment, and the close of the evening.

Start with a simple agenda. Identify the welcome, meal service, organization’s message, any recognition, and the entertainment period. If supporters will move between an auction display, tables, and a presentation area, allow enough time and space for those transitions.
For casino packages, three hours of gaming, customized fun money, professional dealers, table accessories, setup and breakdown, raffle tickets, and prize assistance are published inclusions. Explain how your organization plans to handle its own tickets and prizes so the entertainment details can be coordinated with that plan.
Prepare an inquiry your committee can use.
Include your organization’s name, event date, venue, expected attendance, preferred activities, and the entertainment budget you are working toward. If a committee is making decisions, identify one contact who can consolidate questions and approve the final scope.
Compare the package price with any requested extras, travel fees, fuel surcharges, additional hours, and production support. A complete quote is more useful for planning than a package price viewed on its own. Ask which tasks your volunteers will handle and which are included with the entertainment team.
The atmosphere should work for your supporters. Tell us if the audience includes families, a broad range of ages, first-time attendees, or returning donors, and discuss which activities will be most welcoming for that group.
